Eye candy gallery

All of these pieces have been sold, given as gifts or live in my private collection. They are pictured here just for fun to give you an even better idea of the Limelight Designs style.

PMC linked bracelet

This sparkling bracelet was completely handcrafted. Each link was individually formed with precious metal clay, then textured, dried, sanded, and carefully linked into a chain. The bracelet was then kiln-fired and polished to a brilliant shine. My favorite part about it is that it jingles when I gesture.

PMC and crystal bracelet

This bracelet alternates PMC links with Swarovski crystals for two kinds of flash! It's delicate and funky all at the same time.

Copper and silver
wild wire bracelet

This piece is my spin on a design originated by jewelry artist Erin Gonzales-Hicks. All the wire (almost seven feet of it!) was hand-coiled and each link handcrafted, including the fine silver links of PMC.

Pinstriped tuxedo
bangle bracelet

Classy black and white are paired with the casual bangle style in this little cutie. You can wear a piece like this with anything!

Hematine flash
bracelet and earring set

I just love the way this set turned out! The deep sparkle of the hematine beads and the bright shine of the PMC links really compliment each other well.

Green zebra jasper
cha cha bracelet

This bracelet is just plain fun! Wild, striped gemstone beads in various shades of green with accents of brown float between dangling crystals.

Gold and silver Byzantine bracelet

This elegant bracelet marries gold and silver in the classic Byzantine weave. A piece like this can be worn with either gold or silver -- or both together!

Jasper in gold
wave bracelet

I love the wavy gold shapes next to the smooth ovals of jasper in this elegant bracelet. The piece is finished with just a few Swarovski crystals for a subtle flash of color. (If you like this style, look for the matching earrings in the earring gallery!)

Eastern spice earrings

The colors in these long, dangling earrings remind me of warm spices. The silver center beads were handmade by artisans in Bali. Both gold filled and sterling silver wire were used, so they can be worn with either warm or cool metals.

Paua shell and crystal necklace
with removable pendant

This was a commissioned piece for the daughter of a friend. She loves paua shell and I wanted to make the necklace so that she could wear it more than one way, so I made the pendant removable.

Lampwork and Byzantine bracelet

I made this bracelet for a dear friend. (Hi, Christi!) In addition to weaving the Argentium sterling silver Byzantine chain, I made the lampwork beads for this piece. Also included are a few Swarovski crystals framing the lampwork beads.

Lampwork and Bali silver bangle

Here are a few more of my own lampwork beads, surrounded by Bali silver beads and hand-coiled sterling silver twisted wire in this bangle I made as a gift for my mother. (Hi, Mom!)

Hint of winter
earrings

I don't do much stitching, but I did attempt these snowflake earrings to help me remember those Midwestern winters while living here in the Seattle rain.

Elegant pearl and Bali silver necklace

I love this necklace. I kinda miss her! [sniff, sniff] It was one of those pieces that hung "just right!" Oblong freshwater pearls, Swarovski crystals and Bali silver beads make a gorgeous combination.

Copper S-link and sterling silver swirl bracelet and earrings

This set was such a hit that I had to make a second one for someone else after selling the first one! It's very unique and I love the warmth of copper and the coolness of silver together. It's also very lightweight, making it easy to wear.
